BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU Track and Field will compete in the Bluegrass State for the
second-straight weekend as the Hilltoppers head up to Lexington to participate in
the Kentucky Relays at the UK Outdoor Track and Field Complex on Saturday.
Action on Saturday will begin at 8 a.m. CT starting with the high jump event and
closing with the discus throw.

The following schools will be competing: Berea, Centre, Cincinnati, EKU, Kentucky,
Kentucky State, Lipscomb, Lindsey Wilson, Marshall, Ursuline, WKU and Xavier.
WKU racked up seven titles last weekend at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational
in Louisville. Khadijah Valentine earned the top trophy in the 100- and 200-meter
dash (11.60, 23.51) and Kaila Smith won the 400m hurdles crossing the line in
On the men’s side in the team relays, Eli Minor, Ventavius Sears, Emmanuel Dasor and
Will Bush earned first place in the 4x100m (39.58) and Denzel Villaman, Jonathan
Hayden, Austin Hayes and Davonte Payne placed first as well in the 4×400 with a time
Dasor earned his second 200-meter dash title on the year finishing in 20.64 seconds
and Hayden won his first 110m hurdles event, posting a time of 14.30.
